The Heidenhain LB 382 linear encoder can be up to 30 meters long with a single-section housing and up to 72 meters long (upon request) with a multi-section housing. No matter the length, the LB 382 features excellent dynamic performance, high reliability, and high accuracy. Reclining mounting is possible.
